Tucked in a quieter corner of the Portes du Soleil, Châtel is a snowboarder’s hidden gem. With fewer crowds and plenty of freeride terrain, it’s ideal for intermediate to advanced riders looking to push their skills. Châtel is also known for its natural halfpipes, playful side hits, and one of the best snowparks in the region.

You’ll find a laid-back, authentic mountain atmosphere and the slopes tend to be a lot quieter than Avoriaz and Morzine during the high season.

Your Legend Snowboarding instructor will be guiding you through the best scenery and finding the perfect slopes to help you close new tricks, find the best freeride spots and carve on some perfectly groomed runs!

Our usual meeting point is at the bottom of Pierre Longue chair lift. Here we will have access to the beginner area or to several other slopes if you are an improved or experienced snowboarder.

However, don’t hesitate to reach out to agree on a different meeting point that suits your needs!
