Terms and Conditions

Legend Snowboarding is a collective of independent snowboard instructorsoperating under the French auto-entrepreneur regime in Les Portes du Soleil.
Each instructor works independentlyand is solely responsible for their services, pricing, cancellation policy and invoicing.

1. Booking and payment

Lessons are booked directly with the selected instructor, based on availability.

Payment is made directly to the instructor, using the method agreed.

2. Prices

Prices shown on the website legendsnowboarding.com are indicative and may vary slightly depending on the week, the instructor and the client’s specific needs (location, duration, number of people, etc.).

3. Cancellation

If the client wants to cancel a confirmed booking, this has to be communicated as soon as possible. In case of cancellation the following charges will be applied:

At least 30 days before the lesson 50% of the total amount will be refunded (loss of the deposit);
Between 30 and 7 days before the lesson 25% of the total amount will be refunded;
Between 7 days and the start of the lesson 0% of the total amount will be refunded.

We reserve the possibility to make a cancellation, in this case the total amount paid by the client will be refunded.

In case of interruption of the service by the resort, the instructor will use the area available. If by decision of the resort we cannot deliver our service the client is not entitled to any refund, and will need to contact their insurance.

4. Insurance and liability

Each client must have their own liability and accident insurance that covers snow sports.

Instructors cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, loss or theft during lessons.

5. Independent status

Each instructor is independent. Legend Snowboarding is not a legal entity, but a collective of professionals who share a brand, website and visual identity.

Legend Snowboarding est un collectif de moniteurs de snowboard indépendants exerçant en tant que auto-entrepreneur dans Les Portes du Soleil.

Chaque moniteur travaille de manière indépendante et est seul responsable de ses prestations, de sa tarification, de sa politique d’annulation et de sa facturation.

1. Réservation et paiement

Les cours sont réservés directement avec le moniteur concerné, selon ses disponibilités.

Le règlement s’effectue directement auprès du moniteur, par les moyens convenus avec lui.

2. Tarifs

Les tarifs affichés sur le site legendsnowboarding.com sont indicatifs et peuvent varier légèrement selon le moniteur et les besoins spécifiques du client (lieu, durée, nombre de personnes, etc.).

3. Annulation

Si le client souhaite annuler une réservation confirmée, cela doit être communiqué dès que possible. En cas d’annulation, les frais suivants seront appliqués :

Au moins 30 jours avant le cours : 50 % du montant total seront remboursés (perte de l’acompte) ;
Entre 30 et 7 jours avant le cours : 25 % du montant total seront remboursés ;
Entre 7 jours et le début du cours : 0 % du montant total sera remboursé.

Nous nous réservons la possibilité d’annuler ; dans ce cas, la totalité du montant payé par le client sera remboursée.

En cas d’interruption du service par la station, l’instructeur utilisera l’espace disponible. Si, par décision de la station, nous ne pouvons pas assurer notre service, le client n’a droit à aucun remboursement et devra contacter son assurance.

4. Assurance et responsabilité

Chaque client doit disposer de sa propre assurance responsabilité civile et accident couvrant les sports de glisse.

Les moniteurs ne peuvent être tenus responsables en cas d’accident, blessure, perte ou vol pendant les cours.

5. Statut indépendant

Chaque moniteur est indépendant. Le collectif Legend Snowboarding n’est pas une entité juridique, mais un groupement de professionnels partageant un nom commercial, un site web et une image de marque.
